THANK YOU to everyone who came to support and say hi - I am sooo grateful to have baked for you!

Sold out of black sesame and milk tea pineapple buns in 1.5hrs after opening was NOT on my cards that day!!! 😅

But this is the reality of markets, they're SO unpredictable! You can make loads but will they sell? Are people in a buying mood? What should I do if I DON'T sell it all?

I made an Earl Grey sponge cake with fresh strawberries and clotted cream and finished with smooth vanilla Swiss buttercream
An afternoon tea inspired treat! 🍓🍓🍓

Witnessing this masterpiece in person was INSANEEEE. It's traveling all over the World!
The detailing, the sheer size of it and thought process behind the structuring is genius and beautiful. The decorations are made with edible ingredients that dry over time.

Strawberry themed but open for interpretation - people were allowed to make whatever they wanted, it's just because we don't wanna let down little miss Strawberry Shortcake herself!

Elisa just launched a new Cake cookbook out now! Go check it out! 📚🍰

Some people's cake boxes were crazyyy! Their quick slicing skills need to be researched because tell me how does one slice so fast?!

There's not really any designated spot, you kinda just find a space you like and place your cake there with some guidance from the cake volunteers.

I flew the Cake Picnic flag! Yes that's right! For the love of cake, I surrender to a delicious slice.
I'm shouting "CAKE PICNIC IN LONDON"

Meet the wonderful cake artist Ashley Holt - she is the genius creator behind this wonderful sculpture! I was in awe of the detailing (feature in next slide) and just had to talk to her about this! It was so beautiful in person 😍

And that's just from my height, imagine the detailing at the very top!

I've known Sophie since 2014 and our friendship is still so silly, fun and full of love! 💕

It was so fun and exciting to launch a new collection that I've always wanted to offer - it went down really well and I'm so glad I finally did it! 🫰🏻🥹

I don't do much markets but one of the best experiences is meeting, chatting and seeing you guys in person - it's such a refreshing feeling matching faces to tag names 😝
