Thin delicate pancake layers sandwiched between lightly sweetened fresh cream which is sooo easy to eat. I go THE EXTRA mile and add layers of fresh mango puree between all layers so it's fruity and bright!
Counting all the layers there are around ~75 layers (if I use 25 pancakes).
It's such a delicious light cake for the warmer days!

It took me a few hours to make each individual petal and achieve the right shape. A lot of times, when rose petals aren't shaped thin enough they can look too chunky and heavy but I'm so glad the deep red also turned out beautiful. I'm extremely proud of this one as it's my first time making this giant size rose. ๐๐ป๐ฅฐ
